What is EFT Tapping?

Have you heard the buzz about EFT Tapping? Celebrities are using it, military troops are using it, everyday people are using it...and most people are getting fantastic results!

EFT is not about understanding what happened in the past; it’s about how to get rid of the effects from whatever happened in the past. The hurt happened in a split second, so why should it take a lifetime to fix it? Most of our emotional problems are actually caused by SPECIFIC unresolved events in our lives!

In a Nutshell...

It's emotional acupuncture without the needles! You gently tap on a few key spots on your body while saying exactly what's on your mind, what's bothering you, and other effective phrases.  If you're working with a practitioner,  there is an additional dialog between you, and you often repeat what the practitioner says.

It's simple, easy, and can be extremely effective, whether you're doing it by yourself, with a small group, or one-on-one with a skilled practitioner. People have used EFT Tapping for minor aches and pains, fears, grief, painful memories, feelings of "I'm not _____ enough," things that make them angry, sad, jealous...whatever!

What Can EFT Do?

  • diffuse emotional triggers, like a switch shutting off a light
  • help fix the body’s energy flow
  • help a person feel calm or relaxed
  • take away pain in the body
  • take the tension out of a memory
  • help with the fight/flight/freeze response during traumatic events
  • help people get RID of a problem, not just “feel better” with the problem

Protects Your Privacy

One of the coolest things about EFT is that if you're working with a small group or directly with a practitioner, you don't need to share the details of a painful memory, situation, or relationship-- you can simply give it a name. And EFT can still be effective when you tap!

EFT is a process that respects your privacy and allows you to heal without re-living the intense pain from any past traumatic events. EFT with a skilled practitioner is designed to keep you safe and calm.

How Does it Work?

The concepts and techniques used in EFT are based on ancient Eastern medicine—going back over 5,000 years!
People have a mind-body connection, and it’s highly likely that emotions actually affect our physical health and/or discomfort. The best way to learn about EFT is to experience it first-hand!
